All members and guests are expected to:

• Treat the facility, equipment, and fellow members with respect.
• Follow posted safety guidelines and simulator operating instructions.
• Use only approved golf equipment within simulator bays.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.

1890 Golf Club reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct negatively impacts the safety, operation, or enjoyment of the facility.

The website, booking platform, and facility services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

1890 Golf Club makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of services, website functionality, booking systems, or simulator performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
